Product Recommendations

Finding the right products that are clean, safe, and effective may be a long journey of research. On this page you will find products that fit the criteria and are well loved. They will help you on your detox journey to better health and quality of life.

For the Pantry

Most packaged foods contain dyes, chemicals, preservatives, bad oils, and many harmful ingredients banned in other countries. The FDA allows additives for economic and self-life reasons, even if controversial. Here are some safe and healthier options for snacking and meals.

A bag of Boulder Canyon thin and crispy classic sea salt potato chips with avocado oil.
Kitchen countertop with a cook book on a stand, red utensils in a jar, wooden cutting boards, a small white vase with greenery, and a glass bottle with a woven cover.

For the Kitchen

Kitchen tools should not contain harmful chemicals and heavy metals that transfer to food when heat is involved. Cooking and preparing healthy food with toxins would be counter productive. Ceramic is the safest option for pots/pans, glass containers for storage and drinks, silicon for utensils, natural wood for boards. Juicers and blenders are essential to getting sufficient nutrients into your system.

For the Bathroom

Cleansing on the outside is as imperative as cleansing on the inside. Choose the most natural products as possible as the ingredients list in most products can be overwhelming. I recommend downloading an App called “Yuka”, which allows you to scan products for safety ratings. Keep in mind, the cleaner you are internally, the less products you will need to feel clean. Your body will reflect what it is experiencing on the inside through sweat, odor, oils, and smells.
